What are your operating hours?
Zionne Beauty is open from Mondays to Sundays at 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please note that our cut-off for services is at 6:00 PM, which means the last appointment must begin no later than this time. Our Aesthetic Doctor also offers free consultations every Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM within our regular hours.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment through our website, by phone, or in person at our clinic.
Please note that in order for us to secure your preferred time, we do require a 50% downpayment. This downpayment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your service.
What is the difference between a “pencil-book” and a “confirmed” appointment?
A “pencil booking” means your preferred date and time slot is temporarily reserved, but not yet confirmed. Pencil bookings hold your slot for a limited time only while you complete your 50% downpayment. If the downpayment isn’t made within a 24-hr period upon the date of inquiry, the slot will automatically be released to other clients.
A “confirmed appointment” means your booking has been fully secured with the required 50% downpayment. Confirmed appointments are guaranteed, provided you arrive on time and follow our cancellation policy.
What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client and adjust accordingly.
If you arrive late, we allow a grace period of 20 minutes given that you give us a notice at least an hour before your scheduled time.
After the given grace period and you have not yet arrived, the schedule will be given to the next client available and your appointment will be deemed cancelled. No-shows are also considered cancellations and will forfeit the downpayment.
Do you have a Doctor Available?
Yes! We offer free consultations with our Aesthetic Doctor every Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Our doctor specializes in Aesthetic Medicine, Age Management, and Regenerative Medicine, ensuring each client receives expert advice tailored to their skin goals. Slots are limited, so we recommend booking in advance as our Aesthetic Doctor is available by appointment only.
What is your pet policy?
Medium to Small furbabies are allowed inside Zionne Beauty and Z. Coffee but are not allowed inside the treatment rooms.
Medium pets must be on a leash and wearing a diaper or waste cloth at all times while smaller pets may be carried in a carrier bag or stroller as an alternative for wearing a leash however,they must be kept inside at all times to ensure their safety and other guest’s safety.
Please keep your pet under control from excessive barking or jumping on other pet or guest. After given a warning and noise or action persists, security personnel shall escort your pet out the premises.
In case of accidents, please be sure to clean up after your pet.
All furparents/handlers shall have necessary vaccination for their pets and be solely liable and shall indemnify and hold harmless, Zionne Beauty and Z. Coffee, its management and all of its affiliates, officers and employees from and against any and all damages and/or injury directly or proximately attributable to their pets, or due to their fault of negligence.
Everyone is required to follow Zionne Beauty and Z. Coffee’s pet policy. Non-compliance may result to refusal of entry.
